Is there a deposit?
Yes, we charge a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining payment is due the day of the event.
Do you deliver/set up?
Yes! We have an expert team of professionals who set up and take down every unit. Depending on your units, set up can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours to complete. We ensure that all units are safe and pristine before your event begins!
Can I pick up my rentals at your facility?
To ensure the safety of our customers, we do not allow pick ups. Our team is trained to work with all the equipment and we will ensure that it is set up properly and on time.
Can the inflatables be set up indoors?
Of course! All our inflatables can be set up indoors and outdoors. The one thing you do need to consider is the height of the ceiling.
Do you give discounts?
We sure do! We offer a 10% military discount. Just provide us a copy of your military ID or other forms of ID upon reserving your date.
What if my venue has limited access to a power unit?
We have generators you can add on to any package!
